Chris and My Truck Buddy may be the best professional moving company in the country. I may sound like I am overstating the case, but I can’t imagine another moving company that can deliver an experience superior to My Truck Buddy.
I called Chris after seeing all of the amazing reviews on Yelp, and he responded to me within hours. He was very helpful explaining to me my moving options and how much time he anticipated the move to take, etc.
Chris and another mover arrived at my house 15 minutes early and waited patiently as I finished my last-minute scramble to pack some odds and ends. The move was efficient, nothing was broken or scratched, and they finished before the time estimated!! His rates are very reasonable and he is very honest and fair–he did not drag his feet to make more money.
Beyond that, Chris is a decent human being and pleasure to interact with. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor, and he was happy to accommodate all of my requests (I had some tricky logistical problems moving my furniture). He is the kind of guy you could be friends with.
When I move again, I am ONLY calling My Truck Buddy!! I hear the company is expanding to Boston, Denver and potentially Philly, so now more people can have positive moving experiences!
