I’ve never written a Yelp review before, but I had to write one for My Truck Buddy!
I found the company on Yelp after doing some research for a mover and I requested lots of estimates–I was looking for a mover at the last minute and wasn’t sure what availability and rates would be. I got a call from Chris about an hour after I requested an estimate with a GREAT rate. I knew I’d have a small job and MTB was by far the most reasonably priced.
They showed up about 20 minutes early (I was ready because I read so many reviews saying they came early), which was great. I have an Ikea bed and thought I could disassemble it myself before they got there–it turned out the Ikea tool I had was the wrong size. No problem–they did it for me and even reassembled my bed in the new place. Moving my things to a new apartment took an hour, including dealing with the bed (I didn’t have much), and they even took the truck (I couldn’t fit) to go pick up a couch for me and bring it to my new place.
All in all, a great moving experience! I’ll definitely use them again the next time I need to move.
