Possibly the only moving company on the planet who will make you wish you could move every day! I was the ultimate frustrating / disorganized movee; not quite sure how much I had, not really sure where I was going, changed the date of the move not once, not twice, but three times. Each new challenge and change was met with total professionalism and good humor – as if every movee they deal with is a clustered mess.
In the end, they accommodated not only all of the changes in date but two different drop off locations. At the first, I was leaving a couch with a friend (a sleeper sofa no less, the bane of movers everywhere…); after hefting it up a flight of stairs with complete good humor, we discovered that it wouldn’t fit through the door. They literally tried everything possible (including offering to remove the friend’s door) to get it in, when they couldn’t, they were willing to take it away and donate it for me. And were so extraordinarily nice and apologetic about it!
Even with all of the craziness and multiple locations, they still got everything in and out in less than the maximum time quoted. An absolute wonder. I can’t say enough good things about them and wouldn’t ever use anyone else to do my moving (though I promise to be more organized next time!!). Thank you so so much for the wonderful service!
