They were awesome! Their online reservation process is great. Jeremiah and Joe were early and had me loaded in less than an hour. We had to wait a bit at the storage facility (wasn’t Truck buddy’s fault at all) but the guys worked hard to get done quickly and carefully. They were only slightly over the estimate and really only because of the storage facility back up. I don’t think they even charged me all the extra time spent.
Also, the storage unit was a bit smaller than described, but Jerimiah was determined to fit my belongings in, without any damage. I appreciated his determination. I have booked them for the storage unit to apt move next week. Highly, highly recommend this company! Great service and very trustworthy!
