I have worked with many movers along the east coast, and My Truck Buddy is, hands-down, the best moving company I’ve ever worked with. They have moved me twice in the past 18 months, and both times they were fantastic.
The first move was a pretty straightforward move from DC to VA. However, this most recent move, which occurred last week, was far more complicated, with multiple stops (which also meant properly identifying which boxes were dropped off at one stop versus another).
David and Leon were magnificent. They arrived on time – in fact, a little early. They were organized, careful, friendly, and fast. When we hit a glitch with our final stop (a donation site), they immediately agreed to drive back with us to our storage unit so that we could place the items there. All of our items went to the right locations. Nothing was damaged. They even wrapped our framed items for us and charged only for time and bubble wrap. They made the move as pleasant, seamless, and enjoyable as possible (and I hate moving).
I hope not to move again for a while. But if I ever need to move, I definitely will call My Truck Buddy.
