MTB was awesome and exceeded my expectations! They got back to me with an estimate the same day, called two days before to confirm the move, and then showed up 10 mins early to start moving. I had never used movers before and I will never go back! This was life changing. They moved our entire one bedroom apartment in 2.5 hours! They estimated 2-4 hours so I was thinking it would probably be closer to 4 but nope they moved quickly and efficiently. For the price conscious, 2.5 hours cost us $450- a price we were very happy with! Our movers were Joel, Sean, and Ian and they were so friendly, personable, and efficient. They were a great team!
The ONLY thing I might recommend would be to make it clear on the website or the manual whether or not you are supposed to tip the movers- I had never used movers before so I didn’t know and there wasn’t a space on the form to leave one (that I saw).
All in all- I will be using MTB for my next move and will be recommending them!
