My Truck Buddy was amazing! They were quick to respond back with a quote, and their prices were very reasonable. The guys showed up to our place right on time, and were flexible enough to work with us and our apartment building when the freight elevator stopped working. They had to pull the truck to the front of the building and use the main lobby elevators. Despite the extra time and challenge this last-minute hiccup caused, the guys worked quickly and efficiently. Somehow these three guys managed to clear out our 2-bedroom apartment in record time.
The guys were so nice, and they even took apart and reassembled bedframes and a couch. They packed the truck so well, and nothing broke along the way. I don’t even know how they did it! Then they unloaded everything quickly and carefully at the new place. The whole process (including the problems at the beginning caused by our old apartment) only took them 3 hours. My Truck Buddy was so great, and they took so much of the stress out of moving. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
