Efficient, responsive, professional! I can never move my own stuff again. I packed up all my stuff and dissembled my furniture, and so they were able to move all my stuff in 1:15 (15 minutes faster than the original estimate). Can you imagine being done with your move in almost an hour?! I was amazed at how quickly they move. Everything arrived perfectly safe and sound. I did lose a floor mirror somewhere along the way (it wasn’t a super nice one), but when I contacted them a few days later, they immediately offered to either reimburse me for the mirror or pick me up a new one and deliver it to me. I tipped the movers well– they deserved it.
