Movers were 10 minutes early, very professional from the start, introduced themselves, asked to look at everything that needed moved to get an idea of the job, and then got right to work. I had 1 bedroom and 1 office full of stuff to move – not a big job. They had everything loaded up in 30 minutes (I had done my part by having everything packed and ready for them to go as much as possible).
The part that took the longest was driving across DC, but that can’t be helped. When we got to my new place they unloaded everything promptly. Even with a small snafu of the freight elevator getting stuck with us inside for 40 minutes, they had everything unloaded for a total time of 2.5 hours (they didn’t charge me for the time stuck in the elevator).
Nothing was broken or damaged – they took time to wrap delicate furniture and were gentle and careful with everything. Nothing to complain about.
Will DEFINITELY use them again in the future and will be recommending them to anyone who needs movers.
