Fabulous service. I used them to move everything from my office to my house, and although it was only a few blocks away, it was a challenging small move as the office building had a small elevator, one desk must have weighed 300 lbs, and the rest of the office furniture had to be disassembled & reassembled. Would have been fine except the historic (think quirky) house had a challenging staircase with lots of bends. The pre-move service was superb & detailed, they called to confirm everything & showed up a few minutes early. The initial quote was spot on as far as the final bill. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
