We used MTB to move out of storage unit into a 4 bedroom house in Herndon, VA on 12/31/11. The guys showed up on time and got to work right away. The team of Joe/Dave/Charlie was great and very friendly. I was quoted that it would take between 5-7 hours and they finished at exactly 7 hours. As far as I can tell, all furniture arrived intact and in good shape.
The only possible negative thing I have to say is that I felt it took too long to load the truck. When they arrived, I told Joe that we would need to take two trips. Not a big deal since we were driving less than 10 minutes away. After about 30 minutes, he said he thought he could get it in one trip. So he proceeded to pack that truck like he was playing a game of tetris. He did a great job of fitting things in, but it ended up taking 3 hours to load the 26 foot truck. In the end, he could not fit everything so we had to make a 2nd trip back. I’m giving the rating 5 stars because Joe did offer to knock a half hour off his total if he could not get all our stuff loaded into the first trip. The 2nd trip was a breeze since there were very few things to load so that may have made up for the time we lost on the first trip. But I still wonder if we may have saved another half hour or so if they had planned to only load half the belongings on the first trip and not worry about squeezing every last inch out of the truck.
If we ever need to move again(I sure hope not!!), I will not hesitate to use MTB again.
