I called Chris after reading these reviews because I needed a reliable mover that could do the job in just a few short days. I lucked out because he was able to squeeze me in.
Chris (the owner) was so courteous on the phone during the initial call. He instructed me to go online to fill out the estimate form and I received an auto reply that night with some helpful basic information and what to expect, etc. He followed up the next day with a thank you and an approximate estimate.
Move day: They showed up extra early and loaded everything quickly. Despite snowy conditions and some glitches that were beyond our control, Chris stayed calm and professional the whole time.
I couldn’t have been happier with the service overall and my tip reflected that. People, these men work hard and go above and beyond so make sure you tip accordingly. Chris is super organized and on the ball. Truck Bud rocks.
