My Truck Buddy was efficient, careful with my belongings and so helpful. They came back with a price quote right away, and explained to me how they estimate their times. I have moved a few different times in DC and was always frustrated at the end of the day but my most recent move with MTB was so easy that I was happy to pay them the incredibly reasonable charge. I moved a one-bedroom into storage and everything was done in an hour and a half. No joke, that fast. So, they ended up coming in just under their estimate.
My apartment building didn’t tell me when I reserved the loading dock and elevator for my move that the elevator was broken and that the trash truck needed the loading dock in the middle of my move time, forcing MTB to move their truck, BUT they handled everything so well that everything was still moved in record time. The movers amazingly stacked and finagled my boxes into the storage unit so everything fit securely.
I am now moving to Chicago and instead of hiring a huge moving company with shady reviews I am going to have MTB move my items into a pod and cross my fingers that I can find someone as good in Chicago to unload it.
