When we were moving, I requested quotes from a few different companies because I was really nervous about letting someone else handle our stuff. We had always moved on our own before with the help of friends, but the timing didn’t work out this time. We had to move between Christmas and New Year, and only week days were available – I couldn’t take time off work, and my husband couldn’t possibly do it alone.
Truck Bud was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive I found, but they were affordable and by far the most responsive and most friendly to my inquiry, so I decided to go with them. So glad I did. None of our stuff was damaged in the slightest (my biggest fear from friends’ horror stories with other movers!), and they helped my husband to arrange all of the heavy furniture where we wanted it since I’m not much help with heavy lifting. Everything was done on time (they even were there 15 minutes early!) and my husband said all of the guys were incredibly friendly and very clearly took care to protect our stuff.
I will definitely use Truck Bud again when it comes time to move from this apartment and highly recommend them to any other anxious movers!
