Glad I listened to fellow yelp reviewers because the whole experience was very pleasant. The estimate was provided quickly, confirmation was easy, and the move went well. The movers came right on time, were friendly, got things done quickly, and charged us exactly what the estimate had stated. No surprise fees. Also, I’m glad they take credit card as it was an added convenience.
One note: our management company almost pushed us back a day for our move, and Chris was more than helpful (didn’t get crabby with us) in trying to accommodate us if we had to reschedule. Luckily we didn’t have to reschedule.
One critique: the general manager was a bit difficult to reach on his cell as I had to call him several times throughout the day to reach him for questions. Chris did pick up right away when I tried reaching him though.
