What an incredibly easy experience. We were moving 2 apartments in one day. Chris’s initial estimate was for 5-7 hours, which was in line with what other movers said.
Moving day came, the team was a little late but we got a call giving them a heads up. They were professional, polite, thorough, and best of all, they were fast. We were out of both apartments and into the new place way faster than expected.
In the new apartment, we hit a big snag with the queen size bed unable to fit up the stairs. After giving it a really thorough try, Chris and his team decided to disassemble the bed. And about twenty minutes later, the reassembly was almost completed in the master bedroom.
All together, the start to finish move took Chris and his two guys 3.5 hours, half of what the high end estimate was and way, way, way below what we thought we would be paying.
I couldn’t be happier with the move and will definitely use My Truck Buddy in the future.
