This was my second move with Truck Buddy, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (except that, at the moment, I never want to move again!!!). The guys were there a little early. There was an issue with the parking spaces I had reserved not being available (due to cars parked in them… call to Alexandria police…response too slow to really make a difference). MTB just parked their truck out in the middle of the street and got to work. Clearly knew exactly what they were doing and my move was done at the lower end of the estimated time.
I ordered boxes from them also (they recently bought the local franchise of RentMyBoxes) which worked out great despite an early glitch with email communication about delivering the boxes.
Every single piece of furniture arrived to my new location in perfect condition. The guys were so courteous about asking where I wanted each piece placed, and even moved things around a bit when I changed my mind. And even after having to wait a few minutes for the loading dock to be available, my move was done in 4 hours (the MTB estimate was 4-6).
