This was the first time my wife and I hired professional movers, and we had an excellent experience with My Truck Buddy! We moved from a 1bdr to a 2bdr in the city, and the experience was wonderful. They were supposed to start at 2pm on a Saturday but called a couple hours ahead to inquire if they could start earlier. That was perfect for us. The crew with 3 guys started at around 1:15pm and finished by 4pm. They were extremely professional and in the end charged the price in the lower end of the quoted range. The price was pretty much the same as when we rented trucks and did it ourselves in the past, without all the headache involved with it. We had a small elevator to get to the 4th floor in the destination, and thought we’d have issues with cars parked in the spots we had previously reserved, but My Truck Buddy went around it without a problem. Totally recommend it.
