I reached out to My Truck Buddy for our move because of the outstanding Yelp reviews. Here’s a list of why this is a 5 star company:
1. Lowest estimate of the three companies I contacted.
2. Easiest estimator tool BY FAR. Love those drop-down menus.
3. Fast response from the owners when confirming estimates and reservations.
4. Helpful (and fast) replies to questions both via email and phone.
5. Outstanding staff. Smiling, positive, industrious, focused.
6. Loyal staff! These guys stay with the company for years. Which is saying a lot about how the owners run things. This is not an easy gig.
**We did NOT make things easy for My Truck Buddy. I had underestimated the number of boxes we had by a good 50%. Which meant that three guys were faced with the challenge of getting all of our stuff in a truck that was too small for the job. This was totally my fault for not having my act together when I did the estimate. Throughout the long day, there was never a single moment that their professionalism flagged. The owners checked in throughout the process and made sure we were all ok.
The bottom line is that this a fantastic company and I am so happy to have worked with them. Highly recommended!
