Add my voice to the growing throng of happy customers! My Truck Buddy helped us move from Rockville to the National Harbor, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism of both the office staff and the work crew. Three guys showed up on time, ready to work, and even smiling! They were a pleasure to work with from the moment they started wrapping the furniture in plastic to the last step out the door at the end of the move. They started the clock when they lifted the first box, and didn’t waste time. I felt like it couldn’t have been done any faster. At the same time, they took good care of all my things including the 50″ plasma screen which made it, unboxed, unscathed. (who keeps those boxes, seriously?) Awesome job guys! Thanks for the hard work, and for making the move as painless as possible. Other than the unpacking…could someone please come unpack? Please? No? lol
Also, thanks to the office guy (owner? probably?) for being so pleasant to work with even when I had issues with having given them a check off the wrong bank account.
If you’re doing an in-town move, this is the place to call. A great job, on time, with good rates, good attitudes and good customer service. I couldn’t have asked for more.
